The IQ out sole is an Industrial Quality rubber compound that is oil and slip resistant. The Chip-A-Tex water proof membrane is breathable and locks water out of the boot but allows air to pass thru from the foot for maximum comfort. And the Composite safety toe meets or exceeds the ASTM F2411-11 Standards for impact while being lighter than an steel toe boot.
